Without the whining, Tanaka would still be in...the combat system wouldn't have change, we wouldn't have jobs incoming, stats wouldn't be in the process of being changed, SP would still be on a point per hit basis and the art style would most likely still be as bland as it was in beta.

Are you serious??? I didnt even ask anyone and I hardly ever play DoM classes. I figured this out in about 5minutes.
This is what I mean when you have to re-evaluate your skill sets. The fact that even with the jobs that you have leveled up you can actually achieve this. C'mon Dubont lets just think a little harder now!
Distant and challenging goals.
I'm talking about stuff like:
Chocobo license.
Airship license.
Advanced Jobs.
AF armor.
Zones and dungeons restricted by long quest line.
Secret bosses.
It's what really bothered me about the game on its release in the first place. No physical goals. Nothing to work towards.

same thing I was wondering...then a LS mate figured it out and explained it...Cast Chainspell, Cast Rebirth. Don't use the second cast from Chainspell to cast rebirth. Wait 5 mins, Chainspell, Rebirth. Wait 5 mins Chainspell, Rebirth. As long as you don't cast Rebirth outside of Chainspell, the cooldown will never happen...
omg thats really awesome, thx for info. when i get 50 cnj, i will remember that. now you can CHAINSPELL+REBIRTH if tank dies right away and he'll be full hp/mp ^_^

Can't expect SE to hold your hand through the game, it wouldn't be fun that way. Now please stop asking them to do so and put some time and thoughts into your strategy before you come to the forums complaining about "change for the better".

there are still many things that require fixing. I still think that raises should be on a separate timer. At least Raise and Resurrect. Stats still need fixing (coming up soon) and the ability to save stats on each class. Enmity still needs to be looked at. MP cost is still a bit too high (and I'm not the only one who thinks this) so yeah, there are still things that need to be changed for the better =)
stat's aren't broken - the problem is Your broken
Personal attacks aside, Stats are broken - search the dev posts, you'll find that they have acknowledged the issue and are planning a fix for either 1.19 or 1.20, I don't remember which one. As a LNC with no magic stats spec'd, I can land debuffs on dungeon bosses with about a 95% success rate. How is that not broken? Granted, they ARE working as intended I'm sure, but that doesn't mean it isn't a broken system.
As for enmity tweaks - Sorry. I've been around enough tanks now to realize that it is entirely possible to hold hate, and it is possible to hold enough hate that even with ARC stealing hate, you can keep them from taking too much damage (unless of course they get one-shot).
Have to work for it, but I'll be damned if I want to play a game where I don't have to work to achieve my goals. IN short, seems fairly balanced all in all.
Remember, Enmity is NOT a tank only thing... It is something that EVERYONE needs to learn to manage. The enmity meter was added just to assist in this endeavor. All the tools are there, and when everyone does their part, its not an issue.
I just think it needs to be looked at. I raided with a dude that had every class @50 and he held hate just fine because he had the skills from MRD GLA and PGL, but for a tank that ONLY has GLA, it is a bit hard for them to keep hate off of a single mage that is basically curing the entire party.
