I'm not asking you to make me happy personally, it was a legitimate request. The majority of posters here don't feel it lives up to snuff and that it's damage is equal to Thundaga, so why would we post screenshots when we have nothing to prove? Are you asking us to prove that the damage is relatively close to Thundaga?

You have been very assertive that your Burst damage is stellar and that the rest of the community can't live up to your quality of BLM. Make me believe that, because I would genuinely like to. I would like to be wrong about Burst, because that means I need to retool my BLM and have our BLMs in my linkshell do the same. The burden of proof is on you to show that your Burst damage is stellar, us posting subpar Bursts does nothing. If posting your Burst damage is too much of a hassle, then please type out what gear and melds you have so I can compare it against what people I know are using.

on garuda my top burst is 1700-1750 crit. my top aga is 1650ish crit not using potions, they are really close. Burst is powerful and in a short fight its awesome to have since aga has a long cooldown. Im hoping they at least enhance it with job weapon.

You guys are taking what I said out of context, people have better gear then me and in no way did I say I am the best, I mean I am flattered you all feel that way.. but in no way am I the best, I simply stated I have good gear that allows burst to deal sufficient damage. Everyone jumps down my throat for little things, which I am cool about, but everyone seems to be ignoring every thing and going after me..

Its cool, I dont mind the attention, but to go as far as saying that I insulted so many people, or implying that I am the best, is a joke, you are literally taking small sections of my sentences and misuing the context.. so do as you wish, I expect no less from the 14 forums :)

I'm not sure you read what I posted in it's full context. The majority of people posting feel Burst damage isn't good and you do. You've said in this thread that people aren't putting up numbers because they're nuking in full or AF or, to quote you:

You have Manafont, debuff effect to it,buff effect to party when casted, lower recast(diff 15 min abil), higher damage, pick your choice, not to much you can honestly do..

Do you know what "out of context" means? Its when you take a section out of a statement and use it to misrepresent what was originally said. Something along the lines of "I think global warming is a sham" being take out of the sentence "'I think global warming is a sham' is a terrible reason to not address the clear pollution problems in the world"

When has anyone taken anything you said out of context in this thread?

I am in no way the best and I do not think I am.

mh= lightning brand +1 w/ +30 INT
oh= Grid shield +10 macc
head= Electrum circlet(spinel) w/ +25 INT
body= AF
hands= ringband of storms w/ +100 magic crit potency
legs= Woolen Tights with +16 INT
feet= Mahogany Pattens/ +25 lightning mag potency

rings = X2 +18 int or +18 macc ( depends what I need)
bracelet= +4 int
earrings= + 4 mag att ( GC Item)
choker= zircon +1 (+10 attack mag potency and +25 lightning potency)

Dont think I missed anything..

Ive done a ton of garuda lately, and I think the best my Burst reached has 1800-1850ish, Ive heard someone in my party got like 1950ish also.
