Do you shame people for their choice of materia melds?

Should be shaming the people who sell the materia at ridiculous prices.

Amen to that.

I just shame people for not using materia at all. Tier VI is cheap to use across any and all gear, literally free to use if you have a crafter up. You got no excuse.

In normal content, meld whatever you want, or don't meld, it honestly doesn't change enough to make anything go by reasonably faster, especially if people are playing at casual levels anyway. In savage content though? Yeah, meld something useful onto all of your pieces, and no SS on a RDM is not useful, in fact, it hurts you because now you're clipping.

I've run Twinning as Tank without materia, at around ilvl 440, and have done these pulls without dying.

Edit: Also full Tenacity melds is, like, 5% damage reduction and 5% reduction doesn't really... work the way you've described.

Imagine being so hung up on Direct Hit melds that you would browse the forums and replay to a post made 2 days ago, bragging like you never died while solo queuing as a Tank before on Expert Roullete lol. So sad really xD.

I have always been saying that tenacity is the best tank stat when you do content with randoms because they don't heal/shield you before tank busters or other spike damage, especially if you do mentor roulette extreme primals and don't rage quit.

And I don't meld DH. Currently, I'm not even melded. Which is the point of my post. But you can take this how you want.
