No to paying rent. I game to get away from stuff like that.

One private house and one FC house per account, shared between alts and with multi-house owners being grandfathered in, I could get behind. However, it won't solve the underlying issue which is supply. It would help a little, but the fact is there still wouldn't be enough houses to go round.

On a side note, I think all those proposing punitive measures for house owners: monthly rent, decorations must be changed regularly, up to a certain standard etc. are going to be very sorry if all that stuff is implemented and they finally get a house (fortunately, I think the devs have more sense). Taking houses away from existing owners or making keeping a house an expensive chore might ease some people's resentment in the short-term but it's not going to solve anything.

How much is your DoW/DoM gear selling for? On Ultros the highest priced gear is about 250k but the average is more around 150k.

It means that people who already have multiple houses get to keep theirs.

I agree wholeheartedly. Especially no to a monthly rent, that's just ridiculous.

350k-700k on Coeurl. Lestthe items i sell i dont mess with jewlery or waist

well i can only speak for my server Coeurl.. Famfrit which i checked yesterday and i was just on faerie to pick up a wedding invite so i checked (400k arvge)
