That I can agree with. I mean, I do expect mentors to at least try to give advise. If someone is then rude and says something like "I play the way I want" or "shut the fuck up" then yes. Kick is justified. But if you just kick without advise, without trying, you can't call yourself mentor.
Someone above said they can't be bothered to learn other people's job, but then, why even become a mentor? I don't expect mentors to know all lvl 60 rotations, but if you don't want to teach other people, or you just want speed runs, then you shouldn't be a mentor.
It's ok to want fast runs, but then don't pretend you are a good mentor. Just be a normal player. Also, no one wants to waste a huge amount of time, if someone is just auto attacking or an ice mage and they don't take advise, kick is justified. If someone is doing correct rotation but doesn't do the same damage yet as someone 30 ilevels higher (or more), then kicking them as mentor is just being a bad mentor.
