Better to have a proper working patch 10days later then a buggy one with constant bugfixes:)

I am at least pretty satisfied with the progress Yoshi and his team so far, and im looking forward to 1.20 even if its delayed. But as people already has mentioned, it did say in roadmap late nov - early dec, so they are pretty good at setting dates and making said promises. ^^

Ed's Hovercraft technically wasn't a mount, but I guess this is the problem with MMO terminology, that one 2004 MMO pretty much blurred everything together.

We have to wait for a year to get a freaking mailbox? Am I the only one that finds that absolutely retarded? I mean WTF, do they have to use a hand crank to wind the servers up or something? The servers are probably made out of horsebird droppings and twigs. 2.0 better be the first "miracle patch" that's actually a miracle because this game needs it.

lol i agree with your feelings about this, but well seems best to keep such things quiet before
the rampaging flame unit comes marching in with some BS excuse why
we dont have it even after 1 year crying.

Then again, a mailbox goes with housing (atleast in real-life) so id guess putting in now,
with no housing would feel awkward. (Same goes for furnitures etc)

It, along with housing should have been there 1 year ago, nuff said about that imo.

So im just gonna meh about everything new / upcoming patches, because right now the
implementation of things currently announced isnt capturing my attention for anything fun,
new and exciting things to do.

The roadmap...it all looks perfect & nice, reality is something diffrent thou.
So im still left dissapointed after the few weeks of hype by the 2.0 news.

And with not getting Mail Delivery system, the instant item purchase feature all but eliminates any relatively "safe" method for transferring large numbers of items between mules on a single account. Please don't reply saying, just get a friend to help, that's not the point. I, like many others, do gathering on a mule because of the sear inventory requirements. Now, had I just started playing today, I might have done it differently, but I started from the beginning ha. Please S/E, a simple shared bank system in the very least with even 4 shared slots would be a sufficient work-around until a real mail delivery system can be established.

This is the same thing as a delivery system, both are the same function because the server has to know and manage the the fact multiple characters will be utilizing one system.

Plain and simple it can't be done until better server infrastructure. They can only do so much within means right now, which is why they say wait till 2.0 so they can get a lot of much needed features in. Given the game not going live for another year it would be a lot better off, because for all intents and purposes it was still pretty much in development before it got pushed out the door, and not "lack of content" in development, actual core development.

1.20 is when we start to see the Umbral Era story content, right? I think either the live letters or one of the interviews mentioned that it will begin kicking into full gear to justify us paying a fee.
