An Open Letter to Yoshida-san: Please Slice One Zero Off the Housing Prices

Why didn't they just restrict housing to 1 per FC or 1 per game account, or both? As you can only be in 1 FC at a time, you therefore couldn't buy multiple houses yourself.

The fact that they chose to not follow this line of implementation suggests it was a deliberate choice to price people out of the market in an attempt to get people to play more and earn more gil to afford such housing.

This may end up backfiring and put a lot of people off who had been looking forward to housing, especially when there are no details of when personal housing will appear and for how much.

Interesting fundamental stance regarding the house pricings. The fact that plots seem to be limited and that high pricings are the solution to guarantee availability doesnt comfort me.
In fact i feel deprived from a gamefeature like many other since i want to play the game in a casual manner without trying to focus more on earning gil.

Currently i own 200k gil and no epic equip but i still enjoy playing the game my own way. This leaves me with the question if my free company belongs to the 80 percent in three months which owns a plot or not.

But maybe i just dont see the grand developper picture in this. Hope it turns out as intended and meanwhile i will enjoy patch 2.1 content without housing.

6 Months? We have been waiting 3 YEARS.

EVERYONE should've access to this content on DAY ONE.

Just limit 1 plot for each FC and done... but lower that crazy prices. Cause we are tired of wait wait wait, soemtimes we want enjoy something since the begin. After all you guys cutted 1/10 everything, which proved didn't help at all in any case (oh hi RMTs, long... time). And here was sarcastic...

i personally think the more expensive the better.. you dont NEED a fc house... u dont NEED the most expensive land or house.. therfore it should be expensive hell even more expensive then that with the ammount of money i see floating around our server..

The problem with / art of good lying is that you absolutelly MUST remember every single tiny thing you've ever said or written as to NOT contradict yourself. You Sir are - clearly - not a good liar - you're actually quite BAD and insulting liar as you insult all the players here and their inteligence. You've CLEARLY stated in numerous live letters about the housing (go - check it yourself if your memory is so weak) that FC would be able to own only ONE house at the time and also to be able to (re-)sell the plot you need to first dismantle the house. Also - in all housing items it's clearly stated that they can't be re-sold once used and some will be lost upon using completely.

And - as suggested already at lest hundred times since your insulting reply to this thread - yo can make the whole system even more resilient by introducing one or two more lockouts like limit the time after which FC can re-sell the plot and so on. Personally - I do NOT like the suggestion about limiting the size of the house based on the amount of the FC members - that would introduce just another discrimination. Finally - stop replacing the real issue (incompetence / lack of HW) with the fake pretending ones.

Could make it so a free company can only buy a single house every 3 months, COULD DO ALOT OF THESE EXCELLENT IDEAS STATED IN THIS THREAD.
