The ShB dungeons really aren’t any harder than the SB ones—I still haven’t found a trash pack that trashes tanks as hard as the first pull in Bardam’s Mettle or Doma Castle did. They seem harder only because tank HP is increasing while healers are still healing for the same values that they healed for at level 70. Our healing isn’t scaling, which gives the illusion that things are hitting harder, but they really aren’t. I haven’t had any difficulties healing on any healer save for AST—and that’s only because AST is pitiful right now.
Fairly certain Gravity never had a debuff attached to it at any point during 4.0.
