That would be awesome. Can't tell you how aggravating it is to have to run to the apartment building to use the mender there in the housing districts cause my alt can't use my main's house.

Ok good to hear they wont punish the multi home owners. I know speaking as a FC leader. I have my FC house, my personal small and I managed to get a mid house all next to each other. My mid house I use for the FC as well as a RP event house. :) Spent enough sweat, time, blood and gil... to secure all this for the fun of my FC.... wouldve sucked to choose things.
Bet you right now tho.. the housing market is about to skyrocket before 4.2.
Cant wait for my chars to be able to access the house anywhere tho.
I gave my medium house up to a friend since I don't want to lose it to the system and also so he can have a home.
Thats what I did around 4.1. I gave up a Mid house to a FC who was in a small house. As for my FC members. Many times I bought a plot when I saw it, so then I could get it to a FC member.
One issue with THAT now, is moment you relinquish... there is a timer now.. So guess you cant even "swap plots" with someone no more!
The translation I was watching noted that they specifically mentioned it does apply to all members of the fc.
If it didn't it'd make it easy enough to cycle through and get a bunch of houses on one account (you'd just get friends to set up the fc and then transfer leadership once the house is bought) which would only reduce the multiple house ownership potential down to 9 from 16 and would make it more difficult, but not impossible, for people trying to do it solo.
It's realistically what's happening already just with one extra step and needing to keep the other members in til you get the house.
Let me get this straight...Once a plot is relinquished/demolished, it is unavailable for X amount of time. During this time, relocation is still possible. So, people who already have a house but want to move, get first dibs on freeing plots, instead of people who do not have a house at all?
So hang on... those two from that one server who own an entire ward will get to keep said ward because of a technicality?
I think the amount of people complaining that they're gonna lose a neighborhood full of houses they own is simply ridiculous and hilarious at the same time.
