I am implying that other companies and games hire PR employees/companies and don't take key staff off to go to 6 conventions in less then a year. I also never said no one. I said skill set, meaning right people doing the right job.

I am also asking why if staff is an issue(are we changing that excuse) on the main game why are other possibly skilled staff working in the cash shop? If the SE said FFXIV is maxed staff then cash shop staff wouldn't be a question.
