The fact that the schedule changed isn't the issue. It is that they neglected to relay the fact that it did. Totally different situation.

Agreed. Especially as the majority of players don't even check the forums, so even now there will be people who do not know this.

People are crying that they didn't get a headsup about not getting 20%? Seriously? Do you guys actually set a schedule for doing things according to only if you are receiving a buff or not? Just get the mechanics down and you don't even need a dmg buff. Who the hell "plans" a raid based on a buff?

Sorry, but when we are told something and it doesn't happen, regardless if we are informed that plans may change, I like to be updated that plans did indeed change. It isn't that the 20% didn't happen or even that we were told that it might not happen. It is that we weren't informed that they felt the situation didn't call for an increase and were not going to implement it and chose to remain silent about it. That is what the "crying" is for.

Links were put up all over the homepage informing them about planned, and implemented, echo buffs for coil.

So yeah, the people who were told about there being echo still don't know they're not getting echo. Not sure what your point is.

If they're capable of reading the main page, they're capable of reading the forum.
Most people do in fact NOT read either...
Most people just hear IN-GAME from others what's going on and what's new.

Most people I hear wanting this additional echo buff are saying "We are almost there! 5% MORE power and we got it!"...

If you are so close, just work at it a bit more and you have it... Just believe in yourself. :)

If you think twintania requires a lot of dps, wait till the next boss... and it goes up each one on.
