Are we getting houses?

For Private Companies I would also like Company Housing. This would be our HQ I guess, a communal house where we would have access to various features. As our Company credits grow in our Private Company account we could use the funds to buy upgrades to our housing. • A dock for our boat. Same as the Airship we can fully upgrade it.
  
• Private quarters that we can decorate and also storage for our gear that we wouldn't put in the communal storage.
  
• A crafter area that you could kit out with support benches.
  
• A garden would also be nice too that we could grow things in. It would be great if you could grow things for Botanists to harvest, and maybe even some types of rock plants for Miners to harvest too. Also a pond for the Fishermen/women within the Company.

Well it was decent but not the best. Housing expansion would have been nice as the room you're given is a nice size but I'd love to have had more space.

Except it does because those within the linkshell can see it, use it and feel a sense of accomplishment especially if they helped the linkshell get it. Being able to invite non-linkshell players would allow others to see it. Having things non-instanced again sounds good on paper but there's the issue of space, inactive players and returning players to say the least. Maybe having a large instanced area with multiple personal/linkshell homes would strike a nice medium.

Call me odd but I don't want company housing unless it provides a space for my own character's house as well.

yes to both.

I'm all for boats and airships that could be used as LS transport, but i just don't see the point in having a house. I don't know how many of you own your own home but decorating and moving furniture around really does suck. Myabe if they implement an NPC called Laurence Llewelyn-Bowen and he does it all for you, then yeh maybe. :S

I would like the ability to be able to call a retainer in the house to collect my wages from the market ward or to exchange items.
The ability to collect item sent via other players (If it ever gets implemented)

Adding furnishing and spoils from the battle field to furnish the house.
Been able to lay down on the bed and sit down on the chairs in the house would be nice too.
Also inviting friends over.

And what about gardening?
