OR it could be that SOME of the people from XI migrated to FFXIV and/or some of the other MMO's.

lol ..hell i fi can remember names but i've played at least 2 or 3 rpg's that had classes that collected there spells and moves, i'm sure that is where blue mage came from. did you think it was an original concept of se/ffxi?

I know I moved to XIV around that time.

I never said anything about Blue Mage nor was I arguing if Blue Mage was an original concept lol... And even if I was, it sounds like you don't even have anything to back it up like most of your posts.

While I slightly enjoyed the gear swapping aspect of XI, it also made the game a macro chore and I don't want that implemented into XIV. Gear swaps outside of battle sure, but please no gear swaps in battle. This is just my honest opinion that I feel the game would be better without it.

well in replacement of this they should have spells and moves that are only gotten by nm's, dungeons and hnm's the like so it would be something similar with out the hastle. like a silence spell with that extra stats to it to land a little more often. or even 3-4scroll spell that equals that set for silence.
