Crystal tools is optimized for the consoles, and I bet if Tanaka had another 6-9 months the game would have been pretty good at launch because he would have realized how bad it was and we wouldn't have to deal with the team swap. There is no benefit of the doubt. I am not saying that these changes will be good. I am not saying that it will be enough. I am saying that you nor me have the slightest clue about their efforts before they are implemented.
