I'm pretty sure if you had followed the conversation, you would have noticed that it was already said that bad behavior from both sides are not excusable.

Can you not read, or are you just pretending not to understand? That's exactly what we've been saying. The only difference is that the same rule also apply to those who want to watch the cs - you can't force others to watch it or wait for you.

Of course it's intentional that they're farmed--they're the first step in the gear treadmill.

What would be ideal is to have better level/power down-scaling and allow all dungeons to reward myth/philo, though of course someone would eventually figure out which dungeon was "best" and it would be farmed into oblivion.

My life would have been vastly different (and vastly better) if I had never signed up for the Ultima Online beta test back in '97, but I did. Now I've just got to suck whatever small bit of joy I can out of cookie-cutter MMOs and the Skinner boxes they are built upon because I lack the balls and/or motivation to change my life.

Depending on the roles watching the cutscenes, it's easy to run through Praetorium and have 2-3 people eternally watching them. There really is like 20+ minutes of cutscenes in there.

Yep, the community in my experience has been very bad. Just now, joined a group from my server shouting for ak run. I join it, and didn't know what their version of a speed run was. I have ran ak many times, but not like they did. I got accused of buying my relic (which I didn't do), because I couldn't heal the tank when he pulled 10 mobs. The Legion and Red Thirteen on Midgarsormr, I'm speaking to you both.

I would suggest people do the follow if they want to watch cut scenes. Make a group out of duty finder. Yes, I know, its not convenient for you all to do it that way, but what other compromise is there? People running DF quick runs are farming and no longer feel the need for CM to take 45 bloody minutes, people that want to watch cut scenes feel it is there right not to be rushed, no matter how rude it is to anyone else, because it is there god given 15$ a month right god damn it all! (Merica!) Last night I saw shouts on our server for CM runs that were being billed as story mode runs. So in short, if you want to watch story mode, if you feel it is your right, then do something about it besides getting into DF and then complaining about the "fast" people. If you really want to take the slow path so bad, do it old school and make your own party.
