I pre-ordered the NA collectors edition via Digital Download, and I'm happy to say that I'm able to play (have yet to be able to reliably connect to the same NA server twice, but that's a different issue).
My issue is two-fold:
1) I don't have any CE items (yet, I do have pre-order items)
2) I am unable to register my account for the Mobile Token system -- Account Management shows that I have registered my key, but on the One Time Password section, it states that I cannot use it until I have purchased FF14/FF11 and have registered the associated key.

Did you register your CE code? On mogstation? And are you a 1.0 player?
