I want to give them money. How do I add my credit card?

So. I want to give them money but their website is so cryptic I can't figure out how.

I go to my SE account page.
I don't see anywhere to add a credit card...

Can someone direct me / send a screen shot of where to click....
Honestly you'd think they didn't want my money.

SE account Management >> Click Mog Station (under Square Enix account information) >> Underneath your account status box there will be a bunch of buttons to click, the one you are looking for is the one with the refresh type icon with a crystal "crysta" on the bottom and a credit card on the top Update Payment Method.

2.)Cick the Mog station button

I added my credit card.
Went to Mogstation.

No ability to add a subscription type....

Account Type says none.. but it lists my characters on the right of that...

That is because the game is free until the 29th. If you pre-ordered, SE gives you the code that is sent to your email, which you are supposed to enter in the (Meteor looking icon) in Mogstation. It's a 5 box code entry so don't get confused with the pre order/retail copy code.

Because you are just using a trial version (see 'Service account status')

You need to actually register the game for either Windows or Playstation 3.

Notice on my pic #3 on the top right it has the 2 ovals that says Win and PS3, that means I have the game registered for Windows and Playstation 3. Right now you currently have a SE account, but you do not have anything on that account, which is why you can't add a sub. because you would be paying for nothing.

I see you have the pre order bonuses so you must just need to wait for your physical box. Once you get it go into where you where in that pic and select the button that says "Add Windows service" and put in the reg. code for it. Than after you do that you will be able to add a subscription offer. Notice!! If you have the Playstation 3 version of this game you cannot add the playstation 3 servie through the mog station, you add it through the playstation 3 console itself, just log in to FFXIV with your PS3 and follow the instructions.

I have an email from Square that has:

"Here is your early access code for the Windows PC version of the game:"

Entering that code says it's already been registered.
They never sent me anything else :S

I ordered the digital.. So I don't expect to get a box.

The key you were given, how many boxes was the code entry? 4 or 5?
