Steps:
- I log in to the game around 12.00 JST from Inn In Gridania
- Check out from inn
- Call my retainer
- Take alot of rare/ex item from my retainer to my bag
- Try to teleport from gridania to Uldah but my character Freeze
- After force shut down i log in again and found out i cant log in to my character
- after several minute later server close for another maintenance
- I log in again around 0.00 - 27/4 JST
- My character got rollback to the Inn
- My inventory was return to before i log in at 12 JST
- All items i move from my retainer to my self was gone from my bag also from my retainer
