Suggestion for 10 day period in May

Double anima regeneration!! Give them an opportunity to catch up without feeling overwhelmed.

Also, couldn't hurt to have some sort of leve reward give anima as well. Maybe have an option to receive Cobalt Orex9 or 2 Anima for completing a leve. Just a thought

I can't imagine a returning member burning down 100 anima in 10 days. Maybe someone who frequently plays on a day-to-day basis sure, but I think it's just fine as is.

I was down 86 Anima the first day I returned. (Job quests burn through a crap ton of anima.)

Give them double anima regen and they'll rage if they return and it gets taken away.

Enticing players with double regeneration would just backfire (similar to how the double company seal thing backfired when it got taken away and it just became a worser grind to get seals).

A better alternative would be to increase the type of teleports available. At the moment there is teleport/return and to a limited extent airships.

Why not add a permanent method of aiding travelling that can help everyone, say for example:

a) trading 100 shards or 10 crystals to an Aetherial Node and you get a Teleport Stone in return. This would encourage players to grind mobs or farm to buy out the market wards thereby shifting the economy out of a standstill.

or

b) add more tangible rewards to seasonal events, such as rechargeable teleport rings to Hamlets etc

Or we could just give the spells back to the White Mages and quit this whole sack of silly otherwise known as the Anima system.

We get a second homepoint in the Inns. Put an Inn homepoint and an Aetherit homepoint outside the city and you have 2 points for return without Anima cost.

I guess the returning players will have to learn to use airships and chocobos now wont they....

not like they wont have 100 anima to begin with anyway

I have a humble suggestion, fix your servers and expand their functionality so that returning people can like the game enough to invite their friends back and actually have their friends be able to make a new character.

My world and a handful of others are sealed. We have friends that we want to join us in Durandal and they cannot. Rather than trying to coax back a mess of disinterested, bored and rage quitters why not allow new blood, people that are excited to join in?
