Multiple Crashes Sometimes with or without error Messages

Hello everyone first sorry if my english is bad, it's not my main languauge. And i'm not a big pc guy who knows a lot of stuff about it

This being said, i have a new PC with new parts a good friend of mine requested me.He built me the pc with all parts and all went good.

Until sometimes while playing FF the game just crashes like that. The screen freezes and quits the game. Soemtimes i have a DirectX error 1100002 (maybe i forgot some 0 but it's this code) and sometimes the game just freezes,turns the monitor in sleep mode and music still playing but i can do nothing.

I have an AMD RX 5700 GPU and okay sometimes i feel it's heating too much but tonight the game crashed 3 times in..like 20 minutes? I was in the 5.2 Dungeon.

BUT the thing is i played almost 4 hours today and NOTHING went wrong..So yeah it's really randomly crashing...

It's really frustrating because my old pc..which is..7 years old didn't have that much of crashes. It happened really occasionally but since this new pc which i have since..more or less 1 month, almost every time i play i have a crash..

I updated the drivers, windows,disabled any programs running (except Discord i use it to paly with friends), uninstall and reinstalling the game 2 times,disabled Direct11 and nothing changed..

I dont know if this can help but i post it also.

Have any changes happened to the device before the issue began? I would also like to recommend several other troubleshooting steps:

1) Make sure that your hardware is not overheating and remove any overclocks you may have on your graphics card or processor. Please check that any fans or vents are clear of blocks.
2) Disable any additional programs that could cause interference with the game itself including chat programs. Also, remove any custom configurations made using graphics driver-level programs.
3) Turn off Fullscreen Optimizations. Find the executable file for the game (normally found in the install folder), right-click it and select 'Properties'. Under the 'Compatibility' tab, check the box labeled 'Disable Fullscreen Optimizations', then click 'Apply'.
4) Remove any unnecessary USB or audio devices (controllers, headphones, flash drives etc.)
