Item Restoration Policy

I just want to say, only being allowed 1 item restoration for the entire life of your account is a idiotic policy. That's honestly just some lame ass excuse to not give players what they want. You could easily say 1 item restore per year or every 3-6 months or something like that, or hell even make it a mog station purchase. Your current policies are stupid and I can almost guarantee that if I were a JP player you would do without hesitation.

I feel like you're trying to make a suggestion about item restoration limitations...

But I can't see through all the negative and unconstructive language. If you want your post to be taken seriously by the Devs, perhaps attempt to calmly express your opinions?

No, it does not. I was directed to post it here by a GM. At the time I wrote this, I was a little upset due to the absurd policy. Been playing MMO's since EQ1 and I have never, ever, heard of a policy that restricts item restoration to once per the entire life of your account. Honestly, it just isn't practical in the mmo scene. Content and item(s) are always changing in mmo's, so to restrict it to only once ever seems a bit excessive. Now don't get me wrong, I mean there should be restrictions, but I believe once every 6 months or once a year is more than enough, heck they could even make a little money off it by simply making item restoration a paid for service in the Mog Station. I do however apologize if I came across as abrasive, I had been up for 37 hours due to work and then got upset during the GM conversation.
