MCH: Bug or not? Increased Action Damage II does not affect the Autoturret
Hello, I've been doing multiple tests on MCH and have come to realize that the autoturrets are not receiving the 20% damage increase from the Machinist trait: Increased Action Damage II. The trait states: Increases base action damage and autoturret damage by 20%.
How I tested this:
Placed my Rook Autoturret and used Reload adding 20 potency to my WS'. I then Hypercharged making my Split Shot and the Rook's Charged Volley shot deal 160 potency each. The difference in damage is exactly 20% in favor of the Split Shot which would make the Trait incorrect. I did the same with the Bishop Autoturret but using a non proc Clean Shot with the same results. You can do the testing yourself but if this is a bug, MCH have been missing the 20% buff to their autoturret this whole time. Dev please respond.
