What if, instead of looking for ways to make it easier for people to get around these arbitrary road blocks, you just didn't put them up in the first place? I'm lucky on this one that I at least have the city Voidwatch clears. Not so lucky with that ridiculous Delve clear requirement on the relic upgrade quest.
