    Coruscanti effect

    I'm sure not a lot of people have it to clarify but I'm curious about the effect and if it's really worth getting for my DNC.

    "Occasionally deals severe damage"

    I want to assume this is short for saying increasing both critical damage rate and bonus crit damage. Some one able to clarify it though?

    Severe Damage is an attack that deals % damage, and can kill a mob outright if it had some damage already. (For instance, dealing [50% of max HP] damage would kill a mob at 45% HP. No idea about the real number on this dagger though.)
