Skill under Martial Master not working properly

So i am a 95 SMN and working on my summoning skill. Been at it for 12 hours and not a single point of skill even under martial master. I am not capped my current skill is 357 and the cap is 389 for my level. is anyone else experiencing this. Also i have using blood pacts and elemental casts.

How are you skilling up? summon and release?

Well i am i summon an avatar release, when my bp timer is up it is summon, bp, then release

Correct me if I'm wrong here, but I was always under the impression that Martial Master only worked with melee combat skills.

Well that's also retarded. Why should magic skills not be affected? It's not like they level up faster than combat skills normally. In fact, it's usually the opposite.

I think the real problem here is how laughably slow it is to skillup SMN magic in the first place compared to almost everything else.

Er, keep in mind Martial Master only works at over 100% TP, too.

Summoning magic has always been difficult to skill up. Just simply summon, blood pact, release, isn't enough, never has been unless you got a skill up bot doing it for days. It's still faster to apply in regular usage against mobs, mainly NMs now.

I dread skilling up summoning magic and it's only went up a total of 0.4 points while i was in the process of going from 91-95 in an exp party.
