Walk of Echoes Titles broken, Flux 11 impossible to enter

We have been doing different Walk of Echoes for about 12hours today, and none of us has managed to enter flux 11.

We tried going back to npc in windurst waters beside OP teleport npc , Kat**** something, and under the 500 gil titles , are listed the WoE titles. 2 Of them are listed as NA , but i can still choose them and have them applied (title 9 and 10) i also have title 11 listed , but it gives me title 7 when i choose it.

This behaviour has been shown on at least 20 different players, with none of them having access to flux 11.

The npc is completely broken.

Steps:
1. Finish walk of echoes flux 7, and all others from 1 to 10
2. Obtain Titles
3. Go to npc, Title 11 is listed, but gives title 7
4. Titles NA are listed twice, they give title 9 and 10 respectively.
