The recast times of the following pet commands will now decrease in line with the level of the pet command Avatar’s Favor.

some extremely cursory testing on myself took me from a 36 second bp timer down to 30 second. no job points on my smn, and my gear only brings me down to 36. so yea, its awesome

We implemented this to boost the usability of blood pacts, and to give you some specifics, it will reduce your blood pact recast timer by a maximum of 10 seconds depending on the level of Avatar’s Favor.
