Can BLU get a job trait that will allow them to equip ANY weapon with a B+ rating?

I think BLU deserves a trait that would allow the equip of ALL and ANY weapon with a B+ rating on it. I think this will help BLU be balanced with other DD jobs.

If serious, since when has BLU been a master, or even skilled, in many weapons, their skill is in the use of mimicry of enemy skills, not combat efficiency.

Why would you want that? Why should BLU even get that? They already have the most diverse spell selection of all jobs. WAR is the master of weaponry, not BLU.

And also the largest amount of useless spells (even at the level range you get them) due to improper scaling and flatout resistance and the fact its taken SE a few years to even fix the accuracy and effect on a few of them too.
