Raist your back! ... I do have to say i agree, giving all i have read i have a whole new respect for all of japan... not just b/c of the servers coming back on and the sacrafice nec to do so... but b/c of how they have dealt with everything. I cannot say i would have been able to do the same. I hope in the end this will not cause further distress just so we can play. I will show full support for further adjustments and am excited to continue with ffxi for a long time to come. thankyou everyone at SE.

That's good news! I say this because it would mean that electricity would be somewhat stable at least. It may not be fully but at least it's a start! I've been watching the news from TEPCO's website about the Daichi reactors and knew they were slowly getting things back (with outside power) I just didn't think it'd be this quick. Certainly some good news.

TBH SE thtas amazing that you guys are trying everythign possible to get our game bk online even with everything that has happened, i was expecting atleast 1-2month being down idc how long is sad whats going on over there

To our friends and moderators at SE:

In response to the general opinion on this forum as well as several others in regaurds to the current situation in Japan would it be possible to build an "opt-in" button" on the POL or FFX main screen to donate the waived April billing fees to the Red Cross or Other humanitarian organization currently helping in Japan. Thus making a one time mass contribution from your customer/fan base shortly after your servers come back online.
