Reason they are adding any at all I think is because they want to keep the same number of powers, however they could combine more powers like TH+Mystery Boxes, or they could do something else like AA+MM...
A few things:
First of all, among the choices given, I, too, am voting for 1, 2, and 4.
As many other players have stated, crystals are an inventory clog when you're killing enemies in fields/dungeons. Generally speaking, those who want crystals will farm them via other means. No one wants more crystals to drop off regular enemies.
Second, I am curious as to whether the proposed "double conquest points received" will stack with "Moghancement: Conquest" and the related Conquest Moghancements for specific nation-controlled regions. If so, would the doubling be applied before or after Moghancement effect?
Third, while we're talking about kupopowers, is there any possibility of getting a magic skill up kupopower or adding magic skill ups to Martial Mastery? It seems... IMBALANCED... that combat skill ups are represented in a kupopower and magic skill ups are not.
4. Shops that sell San d’Oria/Bastok/Windurst specific items will sell them full-time
1. Double duration of food effects
5. Magic Mastery<----------------Yes, please!
4 & 1 are time and gil savers for crafters. I won't need to go to ToAU or the past to get sanction or sigil food support to make kitron macrons or rusks to last twice as long when doing mass crafting. Add "Artisan Advantage" and you get supreme crafting support!
1 and 2 (|Yes, please.|)
4, 1, 2 .
4 and 2 at the very least. I'm split between 1 and 3. 1 is already available from several sources on demand, while 3 could be usefull. Can't do wrong with more crystals, even if just to feed the synergy furnaces.
So I guess I go with 4,2,3 (in that order)

Now it's our last best hope.. for victory!"
