    People should just use the Chocobo Circuit. Every mule can access it, and every nation in the game can zone there. Not like that location is being used for anything else these days.

    Just need to add a Nomad Moogle and dbox NPC.

    Also use the unused counters for AH and one of those men that give you BCNM orbs. I would also argue for an Outpost Teleport guy that works regardless your allegiance.

    Just dump the entire Chocobo rubbish so it's mostly empty from NPC's and it's the perfect zone.
