What is the purpose for the tree root gates in The Boyhada Tree, the ones guarded by Mandragora NPC's? I vaguely remember one being used for a quest or mission, can't recall exactly. I had always hoped they were guarding Dragon Eggs so we could eventually raise Dragons for transport.
Proud to be "Old School" and to have completed CoP pre-nerf
The biggest mistery to me is what do npcs do with all the junk we sell them.
How much do Melyon's sheep weigh after eating so much Boyhada Moss/Millioncorn/La Thiene Cabbages?
Do not see any ears on Ahriman, besides perhaps their wings? How do they sound aggro?
While we're on that subject, how do slimes aggro? They don't have ears. Or eyes. Or...limbs.

anyone ever figure out how to use the hidden zilat devices all over vana'diel? I've always been curious to what those actualy did.
And I'm also curious as to the san'dorian dungeons cell doors what when you clicked they read "locked"
Also I'm curious as to the mystary of Gusgen mines. That is the only zone with cgi specters. And ghost imagry. I have yet seen the zone it is entirety as the deeper you go the creepier it gets.
Things that aggro to sound but have no ears are like snakes. Sound is vibration, they can sense the vibrations.

edit: Instead of just giving my theories to everything as I have been, here's a mystery that confuses me. Just how big is Carpenter's Landing? I mean it ranges from sandy to jugner with several streams in between...
