Lethe Potage is the item you want. Parasite worms just lower stats and allow the bird to eat more.
aww man, only available through synthesis, that sucks only craft I don't have.
There's plenty of people out there with cooking 63+ just get the mats and offer a small reward and you'll get someone's attention in no time.
