Adjust the cool down timer for Apogee
Adjust the range in which pet commands can be used

Am i the only one concerned over this? I hope they are extending the range of our commands as it seems NM's aoe's are getting larger with every level the difficulty increases.

They're making BST have to get closer to execute Ready commands while SMN will be able to execute their pet commands from further away. Sort of establishing that BST are front line and SMN are back line.
