Equipped items should not take up inventory space

It's ludicrous for a suit of armor I'm wearing on my body to take up space simultaneously inside of my bag. Please look into this issue.

This would be nice if they could change it. I noticed, during our two week break, on Guild Wars, that the gear you wore didn't take up inventory space and was impressed. I would love to see this in XI.

I think one of the reasons equipped gear does take up space is the fact that there are monster abilities that will strip you. So in order for you not to lose gear/items when this happens should you have a full inventory, they make all your current belongings count.
Also, the coding for this is soo old, I doubt they would be able to change it >.<;

I forgot about that. Yea, it will probably never change. 16 spaces in inventory lost forever :(
