I just registered my ultimate seekers collection and it seems it created a new service account rather than add an expansion to my old account. Will I be able to use the expansion with my old account?

Login to your SE account > Select Service > Playonline / Final Fantasy XI > ****Add code to existing PlayOnline service account.**** > Enter 20 digit code > End. -

SE Support will probably just tell you to buy the expansion again. Sad truth, but its SE and support together, which is never a good sign.
