I just registered my ultimate seekers collection and it seems it created a new service account rather than add an expansion to my old account. Will I be able to use the expansion with my old account?
I just registered my ultimate seekers collection and it seems it created a new service account rather than add an expansion to my old account. Will I be able to use the expansion with my old account?
You must do this:
Login to your SE account > Select Service > Playonline / Final Fantasy XI > ****Add code to existing PlayOnline service account.**** > Enter 20 digit code > End.

Ok I can't reregister it to the other account. I'll likely have to contact costumer service to transfer it...
SE Support will probably just tell you to buy the expansion again. Sad truth, but its SE and support together, which is never a good sign.
