Stoneskin II would be nice to have for going into buffing range for the frontline and not being one-shotted. It has been almost 70 levels since we got the first one. What does everyone else think?

Earthern Armor appears to be SE's answer to the next step of buffers, however, I am all for an second tier. On another note, Stoneskin II does pose a question. If presented to us, whom will have access to cast it? Will WHM have sole rights or will this extend to all mage classes?

Stoneskin II should only be added in my view if it's included with 2 things.
1. RDM also gets it, but NOT SCH.
2. It's like Phalanx II in that it's party member targetable.
Otherwise they should just raise the cap on Stoneskin. -
