At the rate SE goes you're gonna need more than DA2 to pass the time.

I play on with my computer and I cannot get in to re-activate either still goes to UCS-5024 Invalid Process Please exit (we'll let you back in on Monday if you are lucky?)
Can you link me to where they say Service and Support? Because all the Service and Support links are either obsolete are have no instructions based on the ones given here.

From the Service & Support menu, select Membership Information, and then choose the option to reactivate a Content ID. Follow the instructions presented at this screen.
The steps did NOT work for me.
When I click the “Reactivate Button”, I am taken to a Playonline logon screen where it says “Confirm Membership: Please enter your PlayOnline ID and PlayOnline Password to confirm membership information”, and there is no option to navigate anywhere else except to enter the user id and password.
So, I enter my Playonline ID and Password and then I click the “Log In” button.
Immediately after I click the “Log In” button, I get “Error UCS-5024. Invalid process. Please exit the current application”.
At that point, I am unable to do anything more, except log off.
This is still NOT fixed.
Congratulations SE, I give up, I'm back to play in february after 1year and really enjoy the game but no the poor assistance and really is annoying, no is the first time I have problems about payment check, now a simple error and make me and my girlfriend give up. yeah, maybe now sound babycrying/mad, but the really is sad, normaly I defend and support FFXI over many mmorpg in the market because I think is a good game, diferent, and enjoyable, but really now i don't have how defend itwith this issues.
I'm sure i'm back someday, but now, I'm tired.
When I went to the PlayOnLine website and tried to log in there, same run around - "your account as been canceled etc. you must re-activate through the viewer" - which of course still doesn't work at all either.
i have lost my content i.d they say due to no money but i wasnt kicked out of the game so wots going on????
Well at least I can log on here. Yesterday I couldn't. Go figure.

I really really hope they have a GOOD explanation for this INEXCUSABLE LACK OF UPDATES ON THE SITUATION.

I am getting the exact same thing on a friend's account right now. We both use the same credit card (and my account works fine), but have different SE IDs. We have tested this from Windows Vista and XP. He also has a security token. I hope SE can take this detailed info and use it to help resolve things.
Well, there goes the weekend. I'm sure this problem will be fixed by tomorrow...hopefully. I'm sure the problem is that the right people aren't around on the weekends.
When I try to update my card info it tells me i cannot use that card please try another card, even though it's the same card on file that SE billed for February and March, yay city
Dumbest thing I've heard/read all weekend, I'm having the same issue, and haven't missed a bill in years, my debit card hasn't expired and there is well enough money in my bank account to pay the bill for ffxi, they just happen to be having some sort of issue caused by the recent registration server maintenance (which they idiotically like to coincide with the billing cycle so that if their is an issue then people lose service). I assure you that had they not already given a free month of service, this incident alone would warrant a refund for the month, as services paid for have not been rendered.

Let us first apologize for any inconvenience anyone has experienced. Normally, one’s PlayOnline account and Content IDs will automatically be canceled if the registered form of payment has either expired or declined our attempt to charge any incurred fees. To resolve this, a valid and supported form of payment simply needs to be registered. Once a valid form of payment is registered, the PlayOnline Account can be reactivated in addition to the Content IDs. Now we are currently investigating this issue as it might be related to the separate announcement regarding other customers experiencing the “UCS-5024” error. Our support center is also experiencing high wait times because of this issue. Once we have additional information regarding this an official announcement will be made.

ah so its not me! Thought what I was putting right password how else did I get passed pol. lol Glad its not me I took a Long Break was going to come back last month but my system died on me stupid thing lmao. So now i'm on windows thought I was screwing something up but glad I didnt whew!
Hugs to everyone from Ramuh and Texas! Yep USC-5024 won't let me thru after 4 days now, 2 accts same pmt method with security tags on pc's, husband is fine, my acct got deactivated with no way to "fix it" as of this min. Hopefully soon they'll reboot pmt system or something to reactivate everyone at once, then they can filter out the bad guys later :) I'm upset but patient, I understand they already have tons to deal with. If anyone finds a solution for us, put it up fast, so FFXI Doesnt collapse without us. Need a Chocobo ride between real life tons of work, too. :)
