My service has been interrupted the 2nd of every month for 3 months now... When I call they can give me zero information as to why my content ID was revoked. Same Debit card I've used since 04' w/o any problems up until 3 months ago....

yup same thing i've been seeing all day. something tells me we arent getting it fix till monday. its now 6am in japan maybe they will at least look soon
Hopefully they will call for a emergency maintance as soon as they see if i gotta wait till monday cause of this then they should do something to compensate for our time last cause on something they messed up cause they screwed something up whihc in long run screwed thousands out of the game which is not fair to us
Yea this is bull <,< at work since 4am and find out this craps happening. Can't even log into POL getting that invalid process error. I kno I have money in my account so shouldn't be problems there <even used my card not even 5 min ago for a soda>. Spent all that time back in oct. Getting my account back after gettin hacked for some screw up se made? A screw up that dosnt affect just one or 2 people but HUNDREDS if not THOUSANDS of players. We want answers and we want them now. No more of this run around or refusing to even admit the problem. Square-Eniz, If you really care about your customers you will find a way to fix this leaving both sides satisfied.

Your absolutely right this is bull is it not understanding i do not wanna hear sorry for incovenince etc they should have a 24/7 customer service for issues like this , it is not a money problem and even if it was a money problem they said april would be free for ppl who paid for march or something like that and i have paid for march etc... i Asked a Gm if they were aware of the problem they said nothing on alexander right now last i check was 263 people usually more then that, and instead they do the maintance and screw ppl and dont bother to check forums before they close and sad thing is u cant evne call POL right now im not asking or saying please like u say i want answers and want them now. im very unhappy and im not understanding this one minute
Oh u can believe there are jp players effected by this theres no way bout it. they need to fix this issue tonight or i would like another compensation another month free or something to make up for my aggrvation

yeah but even still reguardless if they dont do something tonight cause its not effectin JP's thats technically concidered Discrimination tho... so they cant do that but im almost positive JP players did get effected by this as well but who knows i jus know They need to make a 24/7 customer service after this mess up.
i agree 24/7 tech support might not fix the problem but at least we wouldn't be in the dark

oh i have other games but my PS3 finally crapped out on me "it was one of the very frist 6gb" so its expected have had it since they day they came out in stores lolol and waitin to send it to sony so they can send me a repherbished, i want my backwards comp. back :D
yea sucks that i can play my ps1 games but not my ps2 thou i geuss it dont matter cuz my first day of release ps2 is still running strong lol
thing is beat most new games because seems most developers forgot how to make a game that can keep u playing for a lengthy time
could try and play dragon age 2 again but its so god awful bad. total disappointment after dragonage was awsome

Either way, they should be well aware that a decent % of their player base is experiencing issues with POL Registration. If they don't want serious issues, they'll get what they need to taken care of
All i can say is I want an SE response soon this is total BS i might just say screw you SE and leave cause i hate crap like this happening when i wanna play after working 50+ hr a week
