SKIP CS Option PLEASE!

How does anyone having the option to skip a cutscene effect your gameplay?
Wait wait wait, you guys aren't annoyed by people wanting a skip CS option, you're annoyed by the fact that not everyone plays this game for the lolstory.

If you want to play an RPG go play one.
There's a lot more to MMO's than the story, and last I checked there wasn't a requirement on the game's box that said
"Must watch cutscenes or gtfo"

I like FFXI for a lot of reasons. The story isn't one of them. If I want to read literature, trust me it won't be the 1st grader content this game offers.

I feel sorry for the people who actually hate on others for not being entertained by content that is probably written for a 13 year old.

Funny. I thought all Final Fantasy games sell point was the storyline in each of them.

Can't be done due to technical limitations, not due to validity of request. Dev wouldn't have even responded to thread if it wasn't an already somewhat popular request.

Also FF titles are for the most part RPG. FFXI-FFXIV are MMO's.
Not everyone who plays an MMO is in it for the story. In fact, the majority of MMO players are in it for the PvP and social interaction, something which is as far away from story mode as possible as it involves less solo gameplay and more social interaction with other players.

The only Q.Qs in this thread are the emo die hard Trish fanfagggggs saying "f u don't give other players a skip cs option cuz i want them all to suffer this drivel"

I've have a suggestion for you:
- Create a social Linkshell.
- Get your members do Ballista.

*** Call that social Linkshell "Storyline Haters" for that matter. As a matter of fact, I'm sure your LS will be as popular as Ballista.

I imagine CoP must have been a bear for folks to handle then.. (sidenote: what CS takes 30 mins+ to read???)
