It's an old rule of marketing/customer service--
A happy customer will tell 3-5 people closest to them, while an angry customer will tell EVERYONE they meet....make sure the customer walks out the door with a smile on their face.
As evidenced by this unhappy customer, someone SERIOUSLY needs to contact this client and make an earnest effort to resolving the issue, he/she has already posted multiple times on the issue and at best has been told to use the channels that have already failed.
