Cancel your content ID. Buy a new content ID and name it after your old character. Reactivate your old content ID and you will be forced to name change. Cancelling a content ID saves all current data for your character, including Auction house and Delivery box items. You can simply start over where you left off with your new name.
alternately, I have heard SE will force a name change if several people report it as being offensive. I ma not sure if this will work for any name, however. -
