Yay, Ty Ty. :D
I really enjoyed the stream by the community team, while none of the information was stuff I didn't already know, it just felt a lot better put-together than the dev team's streams which had a whole lot of standing around and then taking forever to do anything. Also feels a lot less impersonal when there's an actual guy narrating the game to you. When I watch the JP streams and have to read them typing everything out I can't help but think of Matsui and co. as soulless game-creating machines that wants us to pay them for more suffering. Oh, wait.
And yeah, I think I'll be getting the expansion off Amazon as well.
There wasn't a lot in the Community Bros' stream that I hadn't already seen or heard about, but the presentation was great. My only disappointment is that the lone Mr. Drippy didn't get a chance to inflict horrible status ailments on anybody before a GM command ended his life; he must have died feeling very unfulfilled.
I pre-ordered from Amazon without even thinking about SE's store as an option. I view anything offered in the SE store as bait to lure people into the rusty trap that is their customer service department.
The trailer that was uploaded a week ago to the FINALFANTASYXI youtube channel and linked on the Adoulin official website still exists exclusively in Japanese. >_>
Square Enix is the best ever drama creator company!
No it's not!
So, I got an email with a promo code to get the Seekers of Adoulin soundtrack. The site, however, says it's an invalid code. And I still don't know what to do about my order.
At this rate, I may quit Final Fantasy XI entirely. This is fucking ridiculous.
