I'm not sure how often this is brought up, and if a response has been given on this within the last couple months, but what about lowering Einherjar's 6-man limit? Even 3-man would make it easier for everyone, if 1-man isn't doable.

It probably has been mentioned a few times before, but it would be really nice if the devs removed the Rare attribute from Gob Stews 880 and made them stackable.
Happy Wednesday, everyone! (Is that even a saying?)
It’s been some time since I stopped in here last, but I’m happy to see that the suggestions are still flowing.
Naturally, we’ve been keeping an eye on them and passing them off to the proper people. :)
The real reason why I’m here is to give you a bit of information on some things mog-related.
There have been a couple of requests to make it possible to decorate your Mog Garden with furnishings, but unfortunately due to the way the area and system was built this would be difficult to accomplish. The team would like to reserve this for Mog Houses.
Which brings me to my next point – Mog Houses! There is currently planning going on to expand Mog Houses in some way… I know this is vague, but I’m sure there will be more details soon! Additionally, the development team is in the midst of preparing an emote where you could pull up a chair and sit down.
You’d of course be able to use this in areas other than your Mog House as well!
Finally, in the December version update we are planning to add new elements to monster rearing which you can enjoy once you’ve unlocked level 2.
Stay tuned for more information on all of these goodies. :)
So you literally pull out a chair and sit or did they intend the emote to sit on already existing chairs? Seems kinda odd if you pull out a magical folding chair to sit on anywhere lol. Then again we carry over 300 items on us and heavy weapons and such so I guess its possible lol. Also, nobody cares about Monster Rearing, we want Monstrosity :(
Yay! One of the things I've been waiting for is either more wall space or some type of furniture that would allow us to hang more stuff. I have a few things (like my adventurer certificate) I can't have up because my walls are full with all the nation flags, and I'm not taking those down. =P
If you do add /chair then make sure if we use it while targeting another player we can bash them in the head with it.
If we're going that far, add /ladder and /woo to the list.
I sure hope this includes a way to have furnishings in the mog house without it taking inventory in our safe. This is the sole reason I havent decorated my mog house. ever. Although I dunno if that would be doable since storage is currently tied to furnishings we have, with all the spaghetti code in the game.
Thank you for the info, I didn't know. It worked as you said.
On the off chance Camate or another community rep is still reading this thread. I was wondering if there was a way to fix how the mobs stack when you pull large groups. Often they'll either run behind you (due to latency I'm guessing) or constantly dance around making it irritating to hit/ws them as melee. I'm not sure how you can fix this, but it's something that has bothered me for a long time.
It's just their pathing mechanics. Those same mechanics can be used to fix the issue. If you pull multiple mobs, when you're ready to fight them, position yourself against a wall on your right side as you're facing the mobs. Now slowly back up while engaged, without moving away from the wall. If the wall is large/solid enough, the mobs will stack neatly in front of you. If it's too small of a surface, they will spill out from it and surround you otherwise.
I Hope this expansion to mog houses means we get to see our mog house furnishing even more now to be included inside of rent-rooms Finally in all of cities and areas wherever we are residing in true to fact it can be a very long time or even rarer occasions we return to the only one home city where our furnishings reside to see them again with all the new expanded expansion areas we now have available to enter or at least make it an optionable choice with the MH npc's that reside outside of the rent-rooms and those MH npc's in front of the rent-a-room's have pretty much become obsolete npc's. lol! ;-)
Speaking of sitting in chairs or sitting in benches/boths that could be already be in game, I sure they give a targetable option to them to actually be able to sit in them and not just be there for graphical looks, I hope!
First off, I Love how they have invented and done the unity chat feature which is kind of like a huge group linkshell group without the idea of an need to use an item that sits in your inventory or any other storage spaces. i hope with the newer linkshell type noc's being added there will be a way in the future to do the same for linkshell groups, ~hopefully~
I'm not totally sure how they could change the all ready existing ones to not take up space and opening up more room again yet but maybe they could do something like they've done in the past for the old delkfutt's door key in the inventory changed into a slot in the permanent key items but obviously if this where done in this way it would have to be on a newly created temp items 2 button possibly, maybe added with options for the linkshelled KI when you click on the temp item named linkshell to turn it on or off but still some how have it a leader optioned controlled group upon who created it, named it, handed it to i would guess the new linkshell npc's and also assume the graphical chosen color LS beside the name would also stay in the game if were done in this way.
I also wanted to say that along with those turn on or off options, you also have the option to turn on or off more then one ls at a time including being able to chat on all of the LS's you have at the same time. Well now that I mentioned having a permanent or temp key items 2 button, I think for the linkshell it probably be more logical to have a linkshell KI's button instead but seriously the temp items list and permanent items list is getting extremely long, maybe its time to be breaking it down into two categories new buttons with perm items 2 & temp key items 2 to make it faster again to get through the list and easier to look up certain KI's again perhaps. Hmm I know some players would appreciate this if it where done and i'm leaving it to everyone who wants to come up with more ideas for this to post on it here after this idea has been brought forth.
We need a way to quit or restart missions. I have now exceeded ONE YEAR without being able to clear Lightbringer in the San d'Oria mission chain, meaning I can't start Bastok. I GMed it the day it happened, got a GM ticket made, and they said only the dev team could fix it, and escalated to them. I have had GMs check my ticket several times, and they say the only action is that from GMs checking on it for me, the dev team has ignored it. I'm close to the original missions being the only ones I haven't finished, and that's my main goal in this game is to complete every mission. It's also keeping me from getting a few rewards for completing the missions. I have cleared every quest I could think of involving any of the zones involved in the mission to try to clear the conflict. The NPCs talk like they already found the Lightbringer, which they normally only do after you have completed the mission, and I have not been able to get the KIs to spawn the NMs to get the cutscene for beating them. The ??? points for the KIs say simply "this looks like a place for an offering" rather than giving me the key fragments.
Also absurd is that I can't check a ticket on my own, or get a status report emailed to the address registered to my account. The GMs told me the only notice of a fix I would get would be in patch notes, which are really long, and often unspecific. The help desks I have worked for have ways for clients to view their own tickets and submit updates. They even purged the Tech Support forum and got rid of my thread being viewable.
Not sure if it's been mentioned, but it would be nice to have more Home Points in Tavnazia Safehold, at least one by the Auction House, and preferably one in the upper section where many of the important story related NPCs are located. Thanks!
And speaking of home points, it would be great if you could add the option "Current Area." below "On second thought, none." after selecting "Travel to another home point."
So it looked :
On second thought, none.
Current Area. <
Current Region.
Get rid of Magian Moogle animation.
Would it be possible to include a wildcard feature for the rather wonderful /itemsearch? This could reduce mistakes in searching and make inventory sorting much simpler, for example:
/itemsearch "* thought" (assume * is the wildcard character) would alleviate the need to know its Frgtn. not Forgotten that's needed as the search term?
Art.
I request that the magic menu be split into categories. Going through hundreds of spells on a job that I'm not even on doesn't make sense.
I menu cast some spells too, there's actually a sort of nifty workaround to this. Each specific way to enter the magic menu has it's own memory as far as where your cursor is placed. So Ctrl M, menu button > magic > school, bottom left pop up menu > school all has it's own individual memory. So, for example, you could place your cursor for Ctrl M at cures, main menu magic > Healing at Curagas, main menu magic > Geomancy at Geo-Frailty, main menu magic > White at enfeebles, pop up menu > Geomancy at Indi-Haste, pop up menu > White at buffs, pop up menu > Geomancy at your Entrust Indi, etc.
Ignoring that you can't have access to all categories at once, it allows you to have 17 unique positions for your cursor to automatically be when opening the magic menu, depending on how you enter it. It's not a perfect workaround to filtering out only the spells you need to see, but it does save you from having to move around a list of hundreds of spells.
Please I hope this doesn't go ignored.
I'm brand new to Abyssea, and 7/9 zones have 0 people in them.
I can't find anyone to help proc. And I can barely solo NM's without atma and trusts.
Please PLEASE look into adjusting procs and trusts for Abyssea :)
If you open the chest by Horst that appears during Abyssea Extravaganza, you get a free Lunar Abyssite, and 10 of the best atmas. That's the adjustment they already did, which should let you farm more atma and other KIs. I believe the event is going on right now, or it happened within the past week. You can also ask your LS to help you, or do shouts for pickup groups. Don't rely on people already being in the zones, gather people in Jeuno or Adoulin.
Correct me if i'm wrong but there is a separate menu for each when you click on your own characters mini menu and not the one under where the list of menu's were listed with the status bar/button on top. anywho go down to the mini menu magic button and you will find an white arrow beside the word magic slide your cursor sideways to the right as I look towards my screen and if you on pc/laptop all you have to do is tap your keyboards arrow to extend out to the separated lists of magic and its the same with changing the chat feature or going through each chat mode in a button menu mode way.
Okay.......>here is what you do, highlight your own characters with zee cursor above zee characters head, click on on zee own said character, mini menu pops up, go to menu button that says Magic ->, look for a white arrow behind and next to the word magic, slide open additional menu in shown direction arrow as shown, next you'll find separated menu buttons of magic list, click on said magic you intend to use, walla problem solved....OMGosh, congratulations you have found them separated!!!
I know we all need a Dummies hitch-hikers guide to the galaxy sometimes, Oh wait my bad thats actually a series of book brands named for dummies with help subject of said help tittle's ahead of the company name, totally LMAO!! okay now back to your regular scheduled game of events...Laters {Just Sense of humor, yup!}
Additionally, I'd like to see "Keyboard commands" implemented for the mini menu list that pops up after clicking on your own character for such things as the usable items list and more. will edit more as soon as I recall the rest were to the mini/sub menu list since not sure what to really call that menu list only available when clicking on your character.
 I was wondering if anyone has noticed this error in the mix up of the description of the newly added split windows where for the fist split chats window where the description text states: Window 1 say, linkshell, unity, etc. beside it but it erroneously the chats/chat log for one appears under window 2 opposite of each other and visa-versa for window 2 too based on the description text of the window describing its currently intended actively to being used or posted inside?? I hope the ffxi fix errors teams catch a hold of this error soon too.
Blue Mage AF has a JP midnight wait on each piece.... that is ridiculous. Takes over 4 days to complete it compared to most jobs.
Speaking on behalf of many of my friends, and I can only imagine this has been asked a million times already: Could the quest that unlocks BLU grant at least 1 spell (such as Foot Kick) to starting Blue Mages? Otherwise, it becomes quite difficult to gain skill and then learn further spells. Thank you!
Actually it was one of my first fastest and easiest spell's to learn when the new job first arrived with the expansion pack at the beginning days as being a blue mage in Gustaberg/palborough mines but that might not be the exact location I'm thinking of but i'm just saying thats all it was to me but not to sure about anyone else. Btw, there wasn't newer higher level monsters yet in those field/tunnel areas yet when I did it for blu spell's.
I realize this is probably one of the stupider QoL things to ask for, but it'd be nice to be able to change macro books by holding down ctrl/alt or their equivalent controller buttons and press left or right, much like you can do with macro pages by holding ctlr/alt + up/down. If possible, it'd be faster than having to always open the menus and change books after changing jobs.
