red mog pell still not received

I have two characters on one PlayOnline account. Neither one has received a red pell.
Active subscription? Yes.
Logged in? Both logged in at least 5 days a week.
Transferred worlds? No.

How do I contact someone for help with this?

There are still some accounts who have not yet received a Mog Pell (Red) yet and the team is currently working on sending them out. Apologies for the wait, but we'll be sending the remaining accounts this item over the course of the next couple of days.

Can I get mine back? I accidentally returned it. :-(

hello camate i know this is off topic but you should really look into some of the VW NM some of them are really overpower and item level 117 gear doesn't help at all on some of them. A NM called Laidly laurence seems impossible to solo because some of the NM TP is so dangerous. I know you need 6 people to kill this NM but after the use of 5 displacer this NM Laidly Laurence is still impossible to kill or maybe you need stun.
