I was looking at my account, on the Official Site and was just browsing thru I found this link for Rewards I'd received.

Found on Dec 13th I got

Lol, never saw anything like this in my receiving box or in my inventory. Did they really get sent? I know there was a problem and people weren't getting codes. I got two codes and did do what I was suppose to do but never heard another word.

Try checking the festive moogle, it's by one of the moghouses in the game, if it says sorry nothing for you THEN you'll have to report it. Good luck.

Once you register those codes to a character, that puts them on the Festive Moogle, as the instructions said in the post about it. All items you redeem with codes work that way.
