    The 'real' duration of BW is off, that's why for Delirium it's easier to fit your 5th GCD.

    Second, Blood weapon is used for AOE spells, too. And those don't benefit from SkS, so fitting 5 GCDs into BW is not the same as fitting 5 BS/Quietus into Delirium. If you want to fix it w/o charges, you would've to increase its duration by at least 1s.

    Lastly I wonder if that would fix the problem with ping. I know there are high ping friendly openers, but even those with good connection who can double weave during BW tend to fail hitting their 5th GCD in BW if unlucky. 0.1s doesn't hurt during Delirium as much as it does during BW due to the first issue.

    Its because Blood weapon has really clunky and long casting time that has been made when it was 20 second buff.
    It has nothing to do with server ticks, otherwise warrior would not be able to fit 5x or DRK wouldnt be able to use blood spiller 5x on delirium.

    I have just tested it, Blood weapon animation clutter is the main villain here, it prevents DRK from using GCD way longer than delirium does.

    Your wording bothers me but yes. Blood weapon does not trigger as soon as you activate it, there is a delay from pressing the button to when the buff is applied, or that the duration of the buff is not the full 10 seconds.

    Delirium and Inner Release do not have this issue.

    So how can anyone say BW is operating "fine," and that there's no need to ask for it to be fixed in a simple QoL change for it?

    "So it's designed poorly and that makes it okay because that's how it's supposed to be?"

    Forget about it i was wrong or didnt noticed it before, it is harder to fir 5 skills in BW indeed this looks weird.

    My guess is that delirium and IR have 10.99 seconds duration, and BW has exact 10 seconds and this makes the giant difference.
    When you activate BW it goes instantly from 10 to 9 when the buff appears, and when you turn on delirium it stays at 10 second mark longer. I checked it with stopper and with delirium i had around 11 sec and BW 10.
    Whatever SE decide to fix it should be fine, but they have to fix it.
