Unable to log in on PS4 :(

When i boot up the game, the part of the screen where you enter your password will not load. The rest of the boot up screen boots up normally but I cannot enter my password to log into the game

I have checked and re-checked my connection and made sure that its been reset.

So frustrating!!

Your are not alone. Login page broken for PS4. Same as above.

I had the same problem couple weeks ago and no one could help not even SE support but this is what I did to get it working again and haven't had any problems since then.

Settings > Application Saved Data Management > Saved Data in System Storage

First back a back up of you saved data by selecting "Copy to USB Storage Device" and make back up for your XIV folder (this also allows you to transfer your settings to a different PS4 also)

Then go to "delete" and select your XIV save folder and delete the "system data" file

Just tried what you posted and deleted system data. Still didnt work for me i can login but now the play button wont appear ><

I've been having these issues all week
Off peak times it's been ok but still cuts out sometimes. I can't even play the game during busy times because im having severe lag issues but my connection is perfectly fine.

The entire Primal data center is down, currently, apparently. A bunch of people got kicked off, people that are still on can't teleport anywhere, and the people that got kicked out can't log back in.

^This. Been kicked off multiple times tonight on Primal and now can't get on at all, constant 90002's. Apparently the server is full still somehow, as it makes me wait in queue before telling me it can't connect.
