What was your motivation for gating relic weapons with Atma, a heavily luck-based tier for the weapons, which seemingly does not even offer better chances when completed gold instead of silver or bronze, opening the door to exploiting other players' work?

The adjustments will go live in patch 2.3. The general direction of the buff is “increasing DPS on a single target.” Please note that the adjustment will not be only for the black mage and we are currently looking into other jobs as well.

Please tell us what your plan to buffs? and how? if buffs applied, will others jobs such BLM, DRG, BRD, MNK and SMN will finally DPS balanced and no one jobs will be TOP DPS?

Would it be possible to have a crystal tower extreme mode, (24 man very difficult version of CT that drops similar ilvl gear to Bahamuts Coil) for larger Free Companies to go along with the Normal Crystal Tower that is designed for 24 random casual players?

This would give hardcore players more content to do in between coil patches.

Example The Veil of Wiyu Animus, its have Spell Speed 40, will we able to change it to something critical 40? or equivalent

There are some great changeposes coming, but could you give some of that attention to /doze as well? Some of the sleep poses don't look very sleeping!

As the game stands now, there's little meaningful content to do with large Free Companies. When can players look forward to actual, large-scale challenging content that they can participate in with their Free Companies (server-side)? Not just content tailored for statics and cliques.
